Our Vision Statement
At Calton Junior School we aim to create a rich learning environment to enable all children to reach their full potential, in every aspect of their development as citizens.
We celebrate success and value each member of our community for their achievements and their contribution to the life of the school.
Basic Skills Agency Quality Mark
The school gained this award during 2001. We were the second school in Gloucestershire to get the mark!!!
The award reflects the quality of the school's systems and procedures aimed at reducing underachievement and underattainment. In the words of one Inspector, you have to be a 'good school' to get the award.
